Welcome to PharmacyTechPractice. By accessing or using our website and web application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services.

Use of Service: PharmacyTechPractice provides an AI-powered exam preparation platform for pharmacy technicians pursuing the PTCB PTCE (Pharmacy Technician Certification Exam), administered by the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB). You must be at least 18 years of age or have parental consent to use our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Subscriptions and Payments: Certain features require a paid subscription. Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis as selected. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our refund policy. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice. Automatic renewal occurs unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Intellectual Property: All content, features, and functionality of PharmacyTechPractice — including exam questions, AI-generated materials, analytics, user interface, and proprietary algorithms — are owned by PharmacyTechPractice and protected by Canadian and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

While we strive for accuracy, exam content is for educational purposes and does not guarantee passage of PTCB PTCE certification exams.
